Group Meditation

 Something I hear quite often from clients is that they “cannot meditate because they cannot quiet their mind”. I completely understand their frustration and have felt that way myself. This is why we begin the meditation with my voice guiding you through visual images, it helps your brain to focus on my words instead of on trying to make your mind blank. This allows the brain to enter the state of “mindfulness”. We will spend the majority of our time here in mindfulness followed by a period of silence using a breathing exercise to help your mind from wandering. Each week will have a new guided meditation theme. Scientific studies have proven that meditation has many benefits. It lowers stress levels in the body and mind, increases your attention span, increases feelings of happiness and gratitude, increases your immunity and your ability to ward off disease, keeps your mind sharp, keeps you feeling young, helps with sleep issues, helps your metabolism, and decreases anxiety. The reversal of the stress response in the body through meditation results in a clearer, calmer, more harmonious state of mind. From mental clarity right down to cellular regeneration. Meditation is arguably, one of the most important regular activities you can do for yourself to improve your life. No experience required, come and enjoy relaxation and peace from within.

Past Life Group Meditation

These sessions are similar to the individual sessions, but will be experienced in a group setting.

After the meditation you will have the opportunity, but are not obligated to share your experience with the group. Often times people in a group will experience parallel past life memories, linking the individuals together in a past life. It’s fascinating!
