Sixth Sensory Awakening
This is a beginner class that will give you the confidence to trust in your Psychic abilities, and your connection to the Universe. Through the use of psychic development exercises and information, you will learn to develop and trust your intuition. We discuss the importance of grounding, protection, clearing and boundaries when working with the spiritual realm, and learn how to create a safe space on a high vibration frequency. Each week builds on the week prior, through exercises, the use of tools like oracle cards, psychometry, pendulums and more. Learn about the use of crystals, how to care for them, how to cleanse them and how to create crystal alignments and grids. We discuss different modalities that allow us to connect with Spirit and will practice with each. Experience a past life meditation to discover who you were in a past life, and what lessons you chose to learn in that life time. As well as how those lessons may be impacting your current life. Learn all this and much more! This class is for anyone who feels a connection to the Universe, understands that we are all spiritual beings with spiritual gifts, and wants to open up and see what their natural abilities may be. This intimate class will be limited to 8 participants in order to help you build bonds with each other and to strengthen confidence in your abilities.

Introduction to Meditation
“I can’t meditate, I have tried and tried but I just can’t make my mind silent”. I hear this statement so often! And the good news is, yes you can meditate! You already have the ability, I just need to remind your body and mind how to meditate.
This introductory course offers an extensive look into the benefits of meditation and the science behind it, as well as information and an easy and effective form of meditation.
Meditation has been well documented as having positive impacts physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. In our modern day culture, stress has become something of the norm. Unfortunately this means our stress response in the brain is over-activated and doesn’t receive adequate time to return our body/mind to a state of equilibrium. Learn how stress affects you and how meditation can restore your physiological, mental, and emotional health.

I truly believe that people are placed in your life for a reason and I am so glad to have been connected with Francie. Her energy is truly contagious and I was immediately drawn toward her warmth.
